Genealogy Forms

I'm attempting to create all the forms necessary to apply additions and corrections to the Woodworth Genealogy pages. Forms will have online fill-in capability, but will require using Windows with either Chrome (preferred) or Edge. Each execution of the Form will genearate a file in your 'Downloads' directory with the name/names beginning with "formData". File/files need to be sent back to me using your own email program with To: papa101248@yahoo.com & Subject: Genealogy .
